Eden Aurelia is an interdisciplinary artist utilizing music, poetry and visual art to tell stories of being.
With a strong background in classical singing, choral, and instrumental music, Eden wrote, recorded and produced her first studio album “Courage” in 2021 through her songwriting alter-ego, Aurelia’s Voice.
Eden has performed as a soloist with the Flint Symphony Orchestra, Flint Symphony Chorus, Grand Blanc Choral Society, Opera on Tap (Ypsilanti), St. Cecilia Society of Flint, Carolyn Mawby Chorale, and Comic Opera Guild (Ann Arbor). She has also performed as a chorister with Chicago-based groups such as The Bach Week Festival Chorus, Chicago Choral Artists, Allegrezza Choir, and the Lutheran Choir of Chicago.
Eden has been teaching private music lessons since 2006 and has worked with students of all ages and abilities, teaching voice, flute, and piano.
Her visual art has been displayed at Cause and Effect Gallery in Fenton, MI, as well as appearing at the Flint Handmade Halloween Craft Market in 2023.
Eden’s premier poetry book, “Becoming Eden” is scheduled to be published in 2024.
